• Hand position: center of the chest
• Hand placement: two fingers or one hand on chest
• Bleeding: apply firm, direct pressure
• Compression depth: at least 2 inches
• Compression depth: 1/3 depth (about 1.5 inches)
• Burns: cool with running water (10-20 min)
• Compression rate: 100-120 per minute
• Full chest recoil between compressions
• Rescue breaths: brief puffs, avoid over-inflation
• Choking: deliver five back blows and five thrusts
• Check response: flick the bottom of the foot
• Emergency contact: call 911 if victim is unresponsive
